The research project in collaboration with the renowned allergy expert, Dr. Jean-Nicolas Boursiquot, will focus on identifying biomarkers associated with food allergies and intolerances. This research, spanning a duration of 12 months, will pave the way for a deeper understanding of food allergy mechanisms, improve early detection, and lead to personalized management strategies, thereby benefiting individuals affected by food allergies.
To achieve these objectives, the research project will leverage advanced biomarker profiling, bioinformatics, and machine learning algorithms. Participants in the study will provide at-home blood samples, which will then be analyzed to identify biomarkers profile correlating with food allergies and intolerances.
