This project aims to investigate the biological effects of chronic ionizing radiation exposure among healthcare professionals (radiologists, imaging technicians, radiotherapy staff, etc.). Using metabolomics and other multi-omics approaches, BioTwin will work to identify specific biological signatures and biomarkers associated with DNA damage, metabolic shifts, and immune alterations. Findings from this study may improve long-term risk assessment and support the development of targeted prevention strategies.
